Estate Technician Wanted - Estates Work Across the North West
14.10 per hour | Full-Time | Driver's Licence Required
We're currently looking for reliable and hardworking staff to join our team carrying out a variety of estates tasks across the North West, working within Sanctuary Housing properties
Duties Include:
- Grounds maintenance (grass cutting, hedge trimming, general upkeep)
- Internal and external waste clearance
- General cleaning and preparation of void properties
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or void property clearance/cleaning
- Comfortable with manual work and working outdoors
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driver's licence essential
Pay & Benefits:
- 14.10 per hour
- Full-time hours
- Opportunity for ongoing work
