We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a long term position based in Prescot.
Reporting to the Site Manager, as the Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for:
Entering properties to inspect the works and check for snagging works to be completed
Assigning snagging works required to respective trades on site
Checking the quality of Finishing & Snagging works
First Line of command for all trades and labour on site
Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are being followed
Ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget
Feeding back progress reports to the Management team
Helping to complete any snagging works required
Sign off completed properties with the Site Manager
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally come from a Trades background.
You must have a proven minimum of 2 years' experience of working at Finishing Foreman level, and hold SMTS, CSCS & First Aid certs.
