Search are currently recruiting for a number of HGV Class 1 drivers to work on behalf of our prestigious client based in Knowsley. This is store work with start times between (Apply online only)
Pay rates PAYE
* 16.00/h days
* 21.00/h Saturday
* 23.00/h Sunday
Pay rates PAYE (inc. holiday pay):
* 17.93/h days
* 23.53/h Saturday
* 25.77/h Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate Class 1 vehicles.
* Conduct depot deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and efficient service.
* Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
* Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members.
* Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license, CPC, Tacho card. Please note you need to have held your licence for a minimum of 12 month.
* Experience in store deliveries is preferred
