- Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks related to training sessions and delegate management.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider Talent & Learning team.
- Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle team admin tasks including issuing forms, processing certificates, updating training records, and managing post.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- A conscientious approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
