Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Accurately inputting, maintaining, and validating student data relating to applications, enrolments, funding, attendance, and completions.
- Processing tuition fees, financial payments, and Student Support Fund applications in line with policies and regulations.
- Monitoring and reporting on student attendance, retention, and withdrawals to provide accurate management information.
- Maintaining student records to ensure compliance with GDPR, College procedures, and external audit requirements.
- Supporting enrolment, examinations, open days, and other key College events.
- Delivering excellent customer service by handling enquiries from students, staff, and external stakeholders.
The Person
Candidates must be educated to A Level (or equivalent) standard and have previous experience of working in admissions. Candidates must be self-motivated with a flexible, proactive approach to work, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A proven ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential
