Architectural Technologist

Salary: £40-46,000 (dependent on experience)

A well-established and design-led architectural practice is seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team in Preston. With a rich heritage and a diverse portfolio, the practice is renowned for delivering technically accomplished and thoughtful architecture across the education, healthcare, conservation, and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities:* Lead and support the production of technical design and construction information across all RIBA stages* Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and schedules* Coordinate design input from consultants and manage information flow* Conduct site visits, monitor works, and support contract administration* Contribute to planning submissions, feasibility studies, and technical reports

Requirements:* Degree-qualified Architectural Technologist with relevant UK industry experience* Proven technical expertise, particularly in the education or healthcare sectors* Proficiency in Revit is essential; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes* Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills* A collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery
