Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:* Take the lead or assist in producing technical drawings and construction packages across all RIBA stages* Develop detailed design documentation including schedules, specifications, and working drawings* Coordinate with external consultants and manage project documentation* Carry out site inspections, report on progress and support project delivery* Assist with planning applications, feasibility assessments and technical evaluations
Requirements:* Relevant degree or an HND/HNC in Architectural Technology* Strong technical background, ideally within education or healthcare projects* Proficiency in Revit is essential* In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards* Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and coordination skills* Team-focused with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
