The salary for this position ranges from £30K to £45K, depending on experience, and the role requires a full UK driving license and office-based work five days a week.

Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join a long-established and design-led architecture practice based in Preston. Approaching 100 years, the practice is entering an exciting new chapter, currently rebranding, enhancing its digital presence, and preparing for a landmark anniversary in 2026. The studio is looking to appoint one, possibly two, Architectural Technologists. This team is known for delivering high-quality commercial architecture across the education, industrial, and science & research sectors. They don't typically work in mass housing or high-rise residential. An Architectural Technologist joining this practice can expect to take an immediate hands-on role in ongoing projects, working collaboratively in a close-knit and experienced team. Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to be office-based in Preston 5 days a week (no remote or hybrid options)
Strong commercial project experience
Expereicne working as an Architectural Technologist in the UK
A proactive, collaborative approach and a keen eye for detail

Salary for this Architectural Technologist position is between £30K-£45K, depending on previous experience. The Position: Architectural Technologist
