- Proven experience in the commercial sector, advanced manufacturing, or higher education projects.
- A strong background in leading projects with the ability to deliver complex schemes from concept to completion.
- Exceptional technical and team collaboration skills, with the capability to mentor junior team members.
- Reside within commutable distance to Preston as role is 100% studio-based.
- Revit experience (training available for those not fully competent).
