This manufacturing organisation is based in Preston and produce an extensive range of products. They have recently invested significantly in developing their business which has raised their turnover to over £20million with plans for further expansion in the future via further product development. Replacing someone who grew within the role they are now seeking a new Sales Ledger/ Finance Administrator who can take on the position and grow within the wider finance team. The company offers internal progression opportunities and may offer study support for the right candidate.
Within this position you will support the Financial Controller with finance administration duties whilst also taking on the Sales Ledger and Credit Control functions within the team. The role will initially involve inputting manual sales orders, converting and matching invoicesto dispatch notes, posting customer receipts and chasing customer debts and late payments. The Credit Control side of this role will be minimal as they don't have many late or overdue payments. The role will progress and expand as the candidates gains more experience within the position.
As a business they are looking for someone at the start of their career, who will fit into the team quickly and easily and someone who is wanting a progressional position and wanting to gain more experience within the manufacturing, finance sector.
