Are you experienced in Purchase Ledger and available to start a new temporary assignment now? I’m recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis. This is an office-based role in Preston, starting immediately.
The role will involve:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Dealing with queries and liaising with suppliers
- Assisting with payment runs
What I’m looking for:
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger role
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Must be able to drive due to the location
In return:You’ll be joining a supportive finance team who will provide full training and guidance.
- Working hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
- £12.50 - £13.00 per hour, paid weekly
