Quality Assurance PartnerSalary: £44,395 Per Annum DOELocation: North of EnglandHours: 35 Hours per week

HCR is looking for a Quality Assurance Partner to work closely with the Regional Manager, to provide excellent Quality Assurance, endeavouring to achieve outstanding quality within their services, which improve the lives of individuals with acquired brain injuries through substance misuse, illnesses, and trauma, helping them regain lost skills.

The Quality Assurance Partner must be caring, empathetic, and supportive of the services, and promote positive behaviours throughout, producing reports, outlining key areas that require improvement.

Quality Assurance Partner Duties:

  • To always provide exceptional structure and analysis of quality across all services
  • Gather, evaluate, and analyse data regarding quality measures using Datix
  • Visit all services to ensure the standards are maintained, and liaise with the Regional Manager
  • Produce reports for compliance and key areas for home managers to follow in time for a quality assurance visit
  • Strive to promote positive change throughout the services with Quality Improvement Plans
  • Monitor the standards of the services using an objective standard framework and cover areas that risk this being unachieved

Quality Assurance Partner Requirements:

  • Must have a Qualification in a quality-related field or equivalent in other education
  • The Quality assurance business partner must have NVQ Level 5 or a Health and Social Care equivalent
  • Will have a Registered Manager's Award (Level 4)
  • Have in-depth knowledge of requirements for the care sector, healthcare regulations, and guidance
  • The Quality assurance business partner must be willing to drive to any service around the UK and stay overnight when required
