We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive / SDR who is a commercially minded professional who thrives on building meaningful business relationships and delivering results.

As the Business Development Manager / Sales Executive / SDR you will be a dynamic, self-starter who can engage with businesses of all sizes, but focussing on larger enterprises, to understand their challenges and position tailored solutions that drive real business outcomes.

Having previous direct B2B sales experience isn’t essential – the right candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude, who’s keen to learn, and is a proactive self-starter capable of delivering results.

DUTIES

Your duties as a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive / SDR will include:

New Business Development & Sales

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across a range of sectors. This includes strategic prospecting, lead generation, and market analysis to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Leading consultative sales conversations with key decision-makers in large-scale businesses. This involves understanding complex client needs to propose and negotiate value-based solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to securing the final deal. Focus on long-term relationship building and leveraging account management strategies to drive repeat business

Strategic Client & Account Management

  • Building and nurturing client relationships by understanding their business models, key challenges, and growth objectives. Provide expert guidance and solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to maximise the value proposition of the membership services. This ensures solutions are aligned with client needs and market trends
  • Forecasting and reporting on pipeline activity and performance. Utilise key metrics and data to inform business development strategy and drive continued growth
