Our client, a leading travel business are on the lookout for a talented and analytical Revenue Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving revenue growth across their award-winning business. You’ll take the lead on implementing dynamic pricing strategies, forecasting demand, and optimising occupancy - all while working closely with a passionate, customer-focused team. With holidays at the heart of what they do, your expertise will help turn guests’ holiday dreams into reality.

About the role:

As the Revenue Manager, you’ll take the lead on implementing dynamic pricing and revenue strategies. Reporting to the Head of Revenue and working closely with the sales and operations teams, your role will be pivotal in driving performance through data-led decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy: Refine and implement pricing strategies across accommodation, touring, and other services to optimise revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to guide pricing decisions.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee availability across booking channels to ensure inventory is optimised and visible.
  • Data Insights: Use analytics tools to track trends, identify opportunities, and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Yield Management: Apply yield techniques to ensure we’re maximising profitability while maintaining value for guests.
  • Planning & Budgeting: Support in developing annual revenue budgets and strategic financial plans.
  • KPI Reporting: Produce regular reports and insights to track performance and identify areas for growth.

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone who thrives on data, is commercially sharp, and understands what makes customers tick in the holiday or hospitality space. You’ll have a natural flair for spotting patterns in performance, turning complex data into actionable insights, and making smart pricing decisions that directly impact revenue and guest experience.

You’ll be comfortable working with large datasets, pricing tools, and forecasting models, and just as confident communicating your ideas with clarity to stakeholders across the business. With a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail, you’ll continuously look for ways to optimise performance and stay one step ahead of the market.

You should have previous experience in a similar revenue, yield, or pricing role - ideally within the travel sector - and be excited about using your skills to influence strategic decisions.
