I'm recruiting for an established multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation across architecture, planning, and surveying. They're looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team and support a growing portfolio of work across sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, and heritage.
A bit about the role
- This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident managing projects from initial survey through to completion. You'll be involved in:
- Building surveys, defect diagnosis, and condition reports
- Preparing specifications and overseeing refurbishment projects
- Contract administration and project management
- Advising on dilapidations, compliance, and maintenance strategies
- Supporting planning and heritage-related applications
About You
- You'll be MRICS qualified with a solid grounding in professional and project-based work. Key requirements include:
- Experience across a range of property types and sectors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Full UK driving licence
