With a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help expand into new markets and strengthen position.�? You’ll be identifying opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and driving revenue across existing and emerging markets.   • Driving new business opportunities across existing divisions, new territories, and fresh markets.
  • Re-engaging lapsed customers and turning prospects into long-term partners.
  • Being the go-to person for incoming enquiries (phone, email, web, social) — always delivering top-class customer service.
  • Managing online enquiries, web orders, and cash sales, turning them into genuine opportunities.
  • Following up on quotes promptly and effectively to secure business.
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue, profit, and activity-based targets.
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Conducting customer-led market research and competitor analysis to shape strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP systems to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Representing the brand with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
  • Contributing ideas to help improve processes, save time, and increase efficiency.
�? What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in sales, account management and/or business development, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong background in customer service within a busy sales office.
  • Confident IT skills — especially Excel, MS Office, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry for results.
  • Professional, well-presented, and always customer-focused.
