- Answering inbound calls and booking vehicle service appointments
- Making outbound calls to customers who are due a service on their vehicle
- Liaising with service advisors and workshop staff to manage booking schedules
- Recommending and upselling relevant products and services (e.g. tyres, warranty extensions, service plans)
- Handling customer queries with professionalism
- Updating customer records and systems accurately
- Following up on previous calls and customer reminders where appropriate
- Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Experience in a telephone based environment (Automotive or Sales a bonus)
- A proactive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
