We are looking for Pipefitters for our client based on a project at Springfield Fuels in Preston.
Successful candidates will have experience working on mechanical projects within the Nuclear, Oil and Gas, or Heavy Industrial sectors.
Hourly Rate: £24.92 (plus £2.00ph barrier payment on all hours)
Pay Type: CIS
(PAYE rates available upon request)
Hours: 39 hours per weekÂ
07:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday
07:30 am – 12:15 pm Friday
(Overtime where available)
Duration: 6 months initially, with a view to be long term.Â
Qualifications/Experience:
- Relevant trade qualifications (copies required)
- ACE/CCNSG card
- BPSS or CTC Clearance is desirable.Â
- Demonstrated Mechanical background, ideally, Nuclear, Oil and Gas, or Heavy Industrial
- Ideally, living locally to Preston
Clearance: You will be required to obtain basic clearance before starting. This is currently taking around 4-6 weeks.Â

Pipefitters to undertake general mechanical maintenance, including the removal, replacement, and reconfiguration of valves and associated pipework within buildings.
