This full-time position involves supporting both the accounts department and general office operations. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, reliable, and comfortable working with accounting documents and office systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the accounts and office teams

Perform general office duties, including filing and document management

Cross-check supplier invoices against statements for accuracy

Scan and upload invoices into QuickBooks

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Key Skills and Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred

Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organizational and time-management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
