Talent & Learning Administrator; Preston; 6 month contract; £12.62 per hour

We are currently recruiting for Talent & Learning Administrators to work for BAE Systems. Based in Channel Way, Preston, reporting to the Talent & Learning Manager. This role provides a series of administrative tasks to support the end to end Learning Management Service.

Duties will involve;
- Deliver the transactional admin activities for session and delegate management activities associated with training courses
- Provide a wide range of supporting administration for the Talent & learning Team.
- Work with established internal and external customers/suppliers to define processes in providing a seamless service to customer.
- General team admin tasks, including issue of forms, processing certificates, updating training records, post etc.
- Participate in regular team meetings.

The successful candidate will have good administration and organisational skills. Knowledge of the customer is desirable along with a basic understanding of Service Definitions. The jobholder will have good IT skills, in particular MS Excel, MS Word, HR Services Contact Model (ServiceNow), Coupa Invoicing System. You will be conscientious and efficient with good attention to detail and proven track record of accuracy. You will have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent Interpersonal Skills.

The role is full-time and you will be expected to work onsite 1-2 days a week.
