We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors for a client based in Preston on a temporary ongoing basis, with the potential for permanent placement.
Candidates must be flexible to work shift patterns Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.
While full training is provided, prior experience in a financial position or a strong customer service background is highly beneficial.
The role involves delivering excellent customer care while navigating various internal systems.
Successful applicants will need to pass a credit check and DBS check, and the salary details are not specified.

We are working with a client based in the heart of Preston to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors on a temporary ongoing basis, potentially leading to a permanent role for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will need to be fully flexible to work shift patterns Monday - Friday, between 8am- 6pm.

Full training will be provided, however experience of working within a financial position, or a good customer service background is extremely beneficial as you will be required to deliver excellent customer care whilst navigating numerous internal systems.
