Personal Assistant

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join the team to provide support to multiple Senior Leadership Team members and other senior stakeholders within the business, as required.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Daily management of the Group Support mailbox supporting senior stakeholders. This is to assist in coordinating various diary engagements, including large internal steering groups/workshops, internal and external meetings (on / off-site), facilitating resources as appropriate.

  • You will provide support to the Executive EA and other senior stakeholders as required.

  • You will organise travel/accommodation for the Directors and assist with other central functions as required.

  • You will prepare Directors' expense claim reports.

  • Administration duties, including maintaining contract records, gifts and hospitality processes and raising purchase orders.

  • You will meet and greet visitors as and when required.

  • Undertake any other duties as required which are commensurate to the role.

  • Highly organised individual

  • Able to multi task and execute multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong administrative skills
