Personal Assistant
We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join the team to provide support to multiple Senior Leadership Team members and other senior stakeholders within the business, as required.

Day to Day Duties:

Daily management of the Group Support mailbox supporting senior stakeholders. This is to assist in coordinating various diary engagements, including large internal steering groups/workshops, internal and external meetings (on / off-site), facilitating resources as appropriate.

You will provide support to the Executive EA and other senior stakeholders as required.

You will organise travel/accommodation for the Directors and assist with other central functions as required.

You will prepare Directors' expense claim reports.

Administration duties, including maintaining contract records, gifts and hospitality processes and raising purchase orders.

You will meet and greet visitors as and when required.

Undertake any other duties as required which are commensurate to the role.
