- Monthly management accounts
- Nominal Ledger postings, including accruals and prepayments, depreciation
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Assisting with the annual budget preparation
- Annual audit preparation, including tax and statutory reporting
- Consolidation of the monthly payroll and submission to external payroll bureau for processing
- Management of a team of 3
- Working to drive forward ongoing transformation and improvement across the organisation.
- Manufacturing, engineering or construction experience would be of preference
- A willingness to roll their sleeves up and undertake day to day finance activities
- A genuine desire to actively contribute new ideas and initiatives across the business
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact appropriately with individuals at every level of the business and successfully manage external relationships
