Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for financial reporting, consolidation, and adding value across a dynamic group structure? We're looking for a Group Reporting Accountant to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality internal and external reporting across our brands.

?? About the Role

As Group Reporting Accountant, you will support the wider finance team with accurate and timely financial reporting to Group. You will take ownership of key reporting packs, consolidation processes, and liaise closely with multiple brands to ensure data is submitted in line with Group requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain Group Reporting Models used by brands for submission
  • Consolidate and submit the Monthly Reporting Pack in line with Group timelines
  • Prepare various monthly tasks including management recharge, interest workings, and intercompany reconciliations
  • Produce Holding Company accounts and process consolidation adjustments under IFRS
  • Lead the monthly forecast process, consolidating and submitting to Group
  • Submit Quarterly Reporting Pack and ensure accuracy of all reconciliations
  • Coordinate the consolidation and submission of the Budget and Mid-Term Plan (MTP)
  • Support the preparation of internal and external reports across relevant entities
  • Collaborate with Group Reporting Analyst to meet all deadlines and deliverables
  • Produce monthly Board Packs and support senior stakeholders with insights

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and Group Consolidation processes
  • Highly proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems (e.g., Cognos, SEI)
  • Experience working with complex data and managing tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
