Job Role: Bodyshop Manager
Location: Preston (Lancashire)
Salary: (DOE) 45,000k - 50,000k + OTE + company car
A great and rare opportunity has arisen. Our client is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to join their modern ARC, based in Preston (Lancashire). The ideal Bodyshop Manager will have experience in the car repair industry with strong knowledge of technician repair disciplines and strong experience managing a team. You will be able to demonstrate a focus on productivity and ensure the well-being and management of the Bodyshop team.
The role will include, but is not limited to the following:
- Greet the workshop team and delegate first job
- Email daily on-site list ready for Group Production Manager
- Give the CSA list of cars due out of the workshop for the day
- Give estimated completion dates to CSA
- Check parts ordered for the jobs are correct and undamaged
- Maintain efficient communications within the business, to maintain morale
- Ensures safety equipment is being adequately used to ensure 100% compliance
