Your new role as a Sales Administrator:

  • Assist the sales and business development team with daily administrative tasks
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and databases
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
  • Process sales orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide information about products and services to customers
  • Required skills to be a successful Sales Administrator: 
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
