As IT Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers
- Hold regular account reviews and identify upgrade opportunities
- Upsell, cross-sell, and win new business
- Lead projects from presales through to delivery
- Collaborate with service teams to meet client needs
- Maintain a strong 3-month pipeline and manage it through CRM tools
What We're Looking For:
- Solid technical background, ideally in telecoms and cloud-based solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, VOIP, Cisco, Juniper, or Meraki
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Previous technical account management experience
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Autotask, or Kaseya
- Full UK driving licence
