Salary: £36,000 – £40,000
Location: Remote (with travel to Chorley 2–3 times per month)

About the Organisation

You’ll join a respected qualifications and assessment organisation known for its commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Working within a supportive Product Development team, you’ll help create resources that empower centres and enhance the learner experience.

The Role

As a Curriculum and Qualification Resource Developer, you will:

  • Develop high-quality curriculum support materials and centre-facing resources.

  • Produce accurate, engaging and accessible teaching, learning and assessment content.

  • Ensure all materials meet Ofqual, curriculum and internal quality standards.

  • Work with SMEs and internal teams to support qualification development and updates.

  • Incorporate sound pedagogical approaches and accessibility principles.

  • Contribute to digital learning resources, multimedia content and interactive tools.

  • Review, edit and quality-assure materials produced internally or externally.

  • Use feedback and research to inform continuous improvement.

About You

You will bring:

  • Experience in curriculum design, content development or assessment resource creation.

  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.

  • Understanding of pedagogy, assessment methodologies and qualification delivery.

  • Ability to produce clear, user-friendly and accessible content.

  • Strong organisation and stakeholder collaboration skills.

  • Experience with digital authoring tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Articulate, Rise).

  • A proactive, creative and solutions-focused approach.
