To be a success in this role you will have practical experience of creating and implementing a robust solutions architecture to integratetheDynamics CRM / Case Management modules into the organisations wider predominantly Microsoft Cloud architecture. You will work closely with the development team to provide guidance and deliver a stable secure D365 environment. This will include the replacement of legacy applications including the successful migration of sensitive data. An understanding of the complexities of Microsoft Licencing would be useful.
