Design Technology Teacher

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a dedicated and creative Design Technology Teacher to work at a welcoming secondary school in Preston. This is a full-time role starting in September 2025, with no set end date, making it a fantastic opportunity for a teacher seeking long-term stability and professional growth.

The Role
The successful Design Technology Teacher will deliver engaging and innovative lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for the subject and encouraging practical creativity. You will be expected to plan, prepare and assess pupils’ work, supporting progress and attainment in line with the school’s curriculum.

The position would suit a teacher with a specialism in Resistant Materials, Product Design or Engineering, but all DT specialisms will be considered. Both experienced teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.
