Do you have experience using SAP and WMS?

Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

Customer Services Admin Key tasks and accountabilities:

* Sort and file in order gatehouse copies of all outbound customer deliveries paperwork and depot transfer despatches

* Check that all relevant DIS despatches have met corresponding government requirements and follow up and correct discrepancies.

* Confirm all inbound loads have been receipted from internal and external suppliers. Confirm report of receipt on government portal for all relevant duty in suspense deliveries.

* Processing of paperwork related to receipt and processing of RBUS

.* Liaising with other departments on site, with other AB-Inbev UK & Zone sites * Regular system housekeeping tasks such as resolving old orders and uplifts and unconfirmed customers' orders including month end activities etc.

* Ad hoc tasks as requested by business

Stock Control Key tasks and accountabilities:

  • Completes all necessary stock takes
  • Ensures compliance with Health & Safety requirements including food hygiene
  • Responsible for making sure the stock levels in the warehouse are accurate and reflected in the system to ensure service level is not affected.
  • Liaises with internal / external customers to resolve issues and monitors SLA's.

Experience

  • Experience in an FMCG Logistics environment with strong organisational skills
  • Good mathematical background
  • IT literate
  • Proven ability to learn
  • Effective team player
  • Good communicator with energy and drive
  • Experience in People/Customer Management and liaising directly with stakeholders

Technical competencies:

  • Strong influencer, able to challenge management and staff where appropriate
  • Highly results focused, and with a strong attention to detail
  • The ability to understand the stock control environment and how it works
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
