What you'll be doing:
  • Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals

  • Providing strategic planning advice to a broad mix of private sector clients

  • Supporting senior planners on major developments

  • Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and external consultants

What we're looking for:
  • RTPI-accredited degree and eligibility or membership of the RTPI

  • 1-5 years' experience in planning (public or private sector)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine interest in planning and development
