This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters.The Role:Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will manage a diverse caseload involving middle to high-value commercial property transactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Handling acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, and asset management.
  • Advising on banking and finance arrangements related to property transactions.
  • Liaising with a range of clients including businesses, investors, and developers.
  • Managing transactions from initial instruction to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Drafting and negotiating complex legal documentation with precision and clarity.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of client service.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments and supporting junior team members where required.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A qualified Solicitor with ideally 4+ years’ PQE in commercial property (though those with slightly less experience may also be considered).
  • Proven experience managing a broad caseload of commercial property matters independently.
  • Strong technical ability and a proactive, client-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for business development are advantageous.
