In-House Finance Solicitor - Remote Working

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are currently seeking Banking & Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years PQE for an extremely attractive, remote working In-House opportunity. 

Or client is a specialist provider of bespoke solutions across the Finance, Investment and Fintech space

Ideally we are seeking applications from Finance Solicitors with Real Estate, Asset or Structured Products experience, but interested to speak with more general Banking Solicitors with experience of drafting and negotiating complex loan documentation for either Lender or Borrower.

As Legal Counsel, you'll work closely with the General Counsel and Legal Director to deliver tailored Legal advice across the Group Business. This will include negotiation of bespoke and LMA Facility agreements, transaction management and deal execution across a range of Finance classes. You'll work closely with external counsel and advise the business on wider FCA regulatory matters. Expect to be involved in exciting deals both in the UK and Europe.
