Residential Property Solicitor/Legal ExecutiveLocation: PrestonA new opportunity for a Conveyancer to join a well-established, praised local firm offering comprehensive legal services. With offices in Preston and across Lancashire, the firm is now seeking an experienced and driven Conveyancer to help continue delivering exceptional service to its valued clients.The Role:We are seeking a talented Conveyancer (3-4 years PQE) to join the established and respected team. Based primarily in the Preston office, you’ll provide high quality legal advice and progress residential conveyancing transactions.Required Experience:

  • Conveyancer who is ideally a qualified Solicitor or CILEX lawyer
  • Conveyancer who can conduct their own caseload
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Understanding of the SRA Standards and Regulations and Code of Conduct along with other relevant regulatory requirements.
