In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless logistics services during out-of-hours periods. From managing Full Truck Loads (FTLs) and coordinating imports and exports to overseeing express van deliveries, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:* Provide exceptional out-of-hours support to key accounts, ensuring 100% adherence to SLA & SOP standards.* Conduct handover meetings with account management teams at the start and end of every shift to ensure seamless transitions.* Monitor and ensure timely delivery of all loads, updating systems and alerting Customer Account Managers to any potential issues.* Utilize IT systems efficiently, with comprehensive training provided for our in-house systems.* Leverage your knowledge of external systems like Outlook and Excel.

Your Skills and Experience:* Proficiency in IT systems; full training will be provided.* Experience working in a transport setting.* Familiarity with UK/EU driving hours laws and restrictions.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using sound judgment to handle inquiries.* Strong planning and organizational skills for managing workloads.
