Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience + Company Pension, Life Insurance

About the role:

Lancashire DAF are looking for a Warranty/R&M Administrator to join our award-winning DAF Truck Dealership based in Bamber Bridge Preston.

Working as part of the service team you would be responsible for submitting manufacturer Warranty and Repair & Maintenance claims and general administrative tasks.

Key tasks include:

  • Producing accurate Warranty/R&M claims from workshop repair jobcards, ensuring these meet manufacturers criteria
  • Submitting and reconciliation of claims in a timely manner
  • Preparing accurate invoices for work carried out and maintaining supporting documentation

About you:

  • Previous experience and understanding of the warranty process within a similar role in the Automotive/Truck industry
  • Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A thorough approach with an eye for detail
  • Conscientious mindset with a focus on adhering to all company and manufacturer disciplines and procedures
  • A reliable and committed individual driven to achieve targets
