Are you an Administrator or similar looking for a varied, local role within a well-established SME working on a range of manufacturing projects who pride themselves on looking after and developing staff in a role offering specialist training and ongoing progression?

This well-established SME provide specialist stainless steel products for a broad client base across a range of key industries. They have seen steady growth to the point they have 29 staff and 26m turnover and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to grow their friendly team.

This varied role will see you undertaking a range of admin within a tight-knit team of 6 to support the sales team and other departments. On a daily basis you will be responsible for processing sales and purchase orders, assisting with stock control and ensuring compliance to legislation and certifications as you work in office Monday-Friday 8:30-17:00.

This exciting role would suit an administrator or similar looking for a varied role within a well-established SME who offer specialist training, a varied workload and the chance to continually progress your career.

The Role:

  • Process sales and purchase orders
  • Assist with coordinating dispatch, logistics, and invoicing
  • Maintain stock records and documentation
  • Support process improvement and admin tasks
  • Ensure compliance to legislation and certifications
  • Monday-Friday office based 08:30-17:00
