About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our client on a permanent basis, overseeing projects across waste water treatment sites in the Preston, Kendal, and Lancaster areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Site Manager looking to secure a long-term role with a respected contractor within the water industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities for waste water infrastructure projects
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety legislation, and environmental regulations
• Report on progress, site conditions, and any risks or issues to senior management

Requirements:

• SMSTS certification (essential)
• CSCS Black Card (Manager Level) (essential)
• Proven experience managing subcontractors on waste water / water treatment projects
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards in the utilities sector
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to manage multiple sites across the Preston, Kendal, and Lancaster areas
