An experienced Residential New Build Site Manager is urgently needed for a new build development in the Blackpool area.
The project consists of 30 units at various stages of construction and requires someone with previous NHBC experience.
The role includes support from an in-house Assistant Site Manager on site.
Candidates must possess SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS certifications, and preferably a Scaffold Inspection Certificate.
Salary details are not provided, but the position requires relevant experience in residential construction management.

An experienced Residential New Build Site Manager is required immediately for aan ongoing new build development in the Blackpool Area.

The development is 30 Unit's in Various Build Stages and the role will require someone with previos NHBC Experience.
