  • Ensure compliance and consistency of all finished products.
  • Maintain audit readiness at all times.
  • Define and implement ā€œwhat good looks likeā€ standards across all departments.
  • Coach and support QA, Production, Engineering, Hygiene, and Warehouse teams on expected standards.
  • Identify and drive improvements to eliminate unnecessary non-conformances.
  • Deputise for the Technical Manager during factory walkarounds and audits.
  • Collect and manage customer approval samples.
  • Oversee and manage pest control processes across the factory.
  • Work flexibly across all shifts to ensure full coverage and adherence to standards.
The personThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams in a supervisory, team leader, or management capacity. As a key member of the technical department, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and continuous improvement, leveraging your expertise to support the overall success of the site. Experience in food manufacturing is essential.
