CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for a Production Manager on behalf of our client based in Preston, PR2 area.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee production schedules and adjust workloads as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Manage production staff including training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and quality assurance teams.
- Analyse production data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Maintain inventory of materials and finished products.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process.
Working hours:Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm
Payrate:£35K Per annum
