Job Title: Year 3 Teacher (Job Share)Location: Garstang, LancashirePosition Type: Part-time (3 days a week, job share)Start Date: September 2025Salary: Paid to LCC main scale rates - M1 to M6

About Veritas Education:We're connecting passionate educators with schools committed to excellence. We're supporting a school in Garstang in their search for a Year 3 Teacher for a job share role starting September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the National Curriculum

• Monitor pupils' progress through assessments

• Provide differentiated support and work collaboratively with the job-share partner

• Maintain a positive, safe classroom environment

• Communicate with parents on progress and development

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
