Our client is a leading provider of electronic engineering solutions for several diverse industries. Due to expansion, they now have a requirement for a Test Technician to join their site in Preston, Lancashire.

Test Technician Responsibilities:
- Test and prepare analog signals for data acquisition.
- Responsible for the inspection and test of all equipment as part of the quality control process in line with ISO9001.
- Testing of circuit boards and amplifiers.
- Carry out capability tests and calibrate equipment as part of the quality control process including any repairs or adjustments required, including on customer returns.
Test Technician Applicant Requirements:
- Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in electronic engineering, ideally hold HNC/HND.
- Proven electronic engineering background with strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience using relevant testing equipment, including Analog signals, Oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, multi meters, and signal generators.
- Previous experience working with calibration equipment.
- Understanding of IS0 9001 and QMS systems.
- The ability to carry out soldering would be beneficial.
Test Technician Benefits:
- Salary - 40,000
