- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance.
- Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities and cost analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all procurement activities.
Profile
A successful Category Buyer should have:
