As a Commercial Administrator, you'll support the contract team by maintaining and updating commercial information. Your role involves reporting on financial performance, analysing costs, and helping produce management reports. You'll also assist with subcontractor payments and monitor project budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly revenue and subcontractor cost reports for profit and loss tracking
- Submit subcontractor payments for internal approval
- Monitor spending against budget and validate weekly cost entries
- Support monthly reporting and cost allocation
- Identify ways to increase value and reduce costs
- Help prepare monthly payment applications
- Manage onboarding documents for new subcontractors
- Analyse productivity data in detail
Experience and Skills Required
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
