I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a busy and well-established high street estate agency, for a receptionist to join their team on Wednesday afternoons. This is a temporary opportunity with an immediate start, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. For the right candidate, there is potential for the role to develop into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming walk-in clients and creating a positive first impression
  • Answering and directing incoming calls professionally and efficiently
  • Logging and following up on leads with enthusiasm and accuracy
  • Supporting the sales and lettings team with administrative tasks
