Veritas Education Recruitment Company is experiencing rapid growth and we are currently seeking a motivated, ambitious, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Candidate Resourcer. This role is pivotal to our company and presents an exciting opportunity for personal and professional development, with the potential to fast-track your career to become a Recruitment Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct candidate sourcing activities to identify and attract suitable candidates for various job positions
- Utilise a variety of recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database
- Assist in the coordination of candidate interviews and assessments
- Support Recruitment Consultants in managing candidate relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and improve overall recruitment processes
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
