- Previous experience of finance recruitment experience would be highly desirable. We are open to this experience being within permanent or temporary finance recruitment.
- A proven track-record of business development and evidence of growing your existing market would be essential.
- Evidenced history of generating new business leads, signing terms of business with new clients and driving recruitment sales.
- Ability to manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to negotiating job offers
