Maintenance Engineer Preston Lancashire area needed for hands on role in production/ factory, for a state of the art production facility that has an impeccable reputation and a very friendly culture and strong teamwork ethic.

Maintenance Engineer Preston will be Monday - Friday evening shift.
Maintenance Engineer up to 50k+ plus pension, holidays and other perks.

Maintenance Engineer duties;
- Reactive and planned maintenance of production machinery across the whole site and process plant
- Working on project related work
- Be skilled electrcially or mechanically with proven experience
- Qualified either electrcially or mechanically
- Attend breakdowns on machinery
- Fault find on machinery and repair
- Ideally have some experience to working with pumps, motors, etc.
- Keep downtime to minimum
Requirements for Maintenance Engineer
- A formal engineering electrical or mechanical qualification ideally to at least City & Guilds level 2, NVQ level 3 or equivalent with corresponding practical experience.
- Mechanical and Electrical proven experience
Maintenance Engineer role is commutable from Preston, Manchester, Wigan, Southport, Blackburn, Eccleston, Kirkham, Ormskirk and other parts of Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
